2009 Marks 400 years since Henry Hudson sailed up the river that now bears his name and a little over 200 yeards since Robert Fulton's successful application of the commercial steamship. New York State is celebrating and Tarrytown & Sleepy Hollow have a full program of events to mark the occasion.
